Abdou Kassem has practiced law in Egypt since 1996 and is admitted to practice before the Egyptian Court of Cassation. He is also registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in California and Connecticut, where his practice is limited to advising on Egyptian law.

His work includes Egyptian legal opinions, commercial and corporate matters, contracts involving Egyptian parties or assets, property and inheritance matters, civil-status documentation, and Arabic-English legal coordination.

With three decades of legal experience and a U.S. MBA, Abdou brings practical business judgment, bilingual communication, and a clear understanding of how Egyptian legal issues affect cross-border decisions.
